AFRO-FUSION artiste Moses Muputisi Chirambiwa, of U Band, has released three tracks, which praise Zimbabwe and the achievements made so far by the government.
The first track is titled Vakuru Venyika, which condemns drug abuse and praises government for putting in place measures to fight drug abuse.
The second song is titled Makorokoto which speaks much about infrastructural projects that are being spearheaded by government and have brought development to the country.
The third song is Ndangariro.
It reminds leaders to remember citizens in everything they do.
Chirambiwa told NewsDay Life & Style that he entered the music scene in the early 1970s in Chivi district, Masvingo province, but had not recorded anything as he took music as a hobby.
“I started music at a very tender age when I was in my rural area in Chivi, where we played makeshift guitars with my friends just to entertain other villagers,” he said.
Chirambiwa said he loved music, adding that he promoted bands like Gakamoto Jumbo Stars, Chinyavada Sounds, Mvurwi Express, among many other up-and-coming groups.
