In a bid to enhance funding for road maintenance, council proposed a significant increase in tariffs on industrial and commercial properties in its 2025 budget.
Speaking during a media briefing at the Council Chambers yesterday, Chafesuka revealed that the council is finalising the tender process “for this significant project”.
He told journalists in Harare that war veterans are prepared to sacrifice their lives to stop Mnangagwa from extending his term of office which ends in 2028.
