Sipho appeared before magistrate Joshua Nembaware last week facing an attempted murder charge.

He was remanded in custody to January 3.

Prosecutor Selestine Madziwa alleged that on December 24, Sipho saw Visumusi talking to his girlfriend Patience and suspected that the two were having an affair.

He confronted his brother, and he was told to mind his business.

Sipho pulled an okapi knife and stabbed Visumusi on the abdomen in a fit of rage.

Visumusi was rushed to hospital where he is recuperating.
