MUSICIAN and businesswoman Plaxedes Wenyika has added two more products into the beauty market.
The Ini Skin Care line was launched in September last year.
Plaxedes said she added the two products in the month of March as a way of celebrating women.
“We are proud to have introduced our duo dark spot fix serums, which reduce hyperpigmentation at the beginning of March as we celebrate women’s month,” she said.
“We are confident of the effectiveness of our duo serums as we have started a 90-day challenge and we have had an amazing uptake of women joining the challenge. We shall share our results in due course.”
Plaxedes said she was looking forward to launching an acne and body care range by the end of month.
“The acne range consists of a cleanser and moisturiser,” she said.

“Our body range is adding body butter, lotion and soap.
“I am proud to have all our products manufactured in Zimbabwe and our vision is for Zimbabwe Queens to use our safe, science based skincare products and get confident in their skin and embrace self-love.”
The singer said her skincare business was inspired by her difficult post-divorce experience after parting ways with businessman Mike Joka whom she was married to for 13 years.
She said she found solace in a self-care routine which resulted in her skin care business Ini.
The Wadarirei singer said her skincare products were home-grown and manufactured by skincare experts.
“We provide scientifically researched and backed targeted skincare solutions, used in daily self-care routines,” Plaxedes said.
She said their products were effective to use for women of various kinds including nursing mothers, entrepreneurs, career women, stay at home mothers, as well as wife/partner or single.
Wenyika said she believed that as a woman, there was a need for her to empower fellow women especially considering that it is women‘s month.
