Mr Grey, Seagirl readies new song

The song, accompanied with visuals, will be Mr Grey’s first release this year, after a busy 2023 which saw him feature a lot on government’s reintroduced music galas.

Contemporary musician Mr Grey and Novuyo Seagirl will tomorrow release their collaborative work- a song dubbed Pakanaka Panovava.

The song, accompanied with visuals, will be Mr Grey’s first release this year, after a busy 2023 which saw him feature a lot on government’s reintroduced music galas.

“It’s a song about love. We raise questions on how love operates within the human race, you might love someone who doesn’t love you back, but once the mind is made up, it can’t be moved,” said Mr Grey.

“Love is stubborn, you can fall in love where you should not and it will be hard to return back to normalcy.”

Seagirl comes in with the Shona vocals to compliment Grey’s melodies.

MKZ Bwilliganz has previously worked with Mzoe 7 on a track dubbed Sharayi.

He went on to give us Murudo, a love song that seeks to express deep and unconditional love to the opposite sex. MKZ went on to release Kudyirwa Mabhebhi .

“I love to sing about love and relationships, it's an everyday thing that we see around us. Love is a powerful language that everyone speaks and what happens in love relationships influences what goes around people on a daily basis,” he said.
