Byo author Timothy Witness Hadebe pens four books in one-go

BULAWAYO author Timothy Witness Hadebe (23) has personified the word “bookworm” after scribing four novels at once.

In a show of his genius, Hadebe also launched all of them at the same day and said all that work was a walk in the park, pun intended as  he wrote three of the books while sitting at the centenary park in Bulawayo.

Speaking to Standard Style on the sidelines of the launch at Zimbabwe Music Academy, Hadebe said all the books carry unique and educational information.

“I am a book-alcoholic, I can’t function if I don’t write and If you come to our house you will find that I am always scribbling something hence it was easy for me to write these books,” he said.

Hadebe said his favourite is “Kwasukasukela” which is a compilation of folktales.

“Kwasukasukela is more like theatre and I love theatre as it leaves room for imagination. In the book “Akulampilo Egazini” the reader will come across scary but reality based stories of goblins, blood and magic, and other book titles are Kumnyama and Letters from Anonymous,” he said.
