Organisers of the Kadoma Music Festival, Odyssey Entertainment have decided to kickoff this year's edition of the event with a golf tournament, which will set the time for gala, at Kadoma Golf Club.
The idea is for golf enthusiasts to mix and mingle before the main event.
This is not the first time that Odyssey Entertainment has introduced golf to their related events.
Last year, the Iron Man Bodybuilding Festival which had Odyssey Hotels as one of the sponsors included a number of activities including a half-marathon, tug of war, volleyball, strength-and-fitness challenges and a golf tournament.
Earlier in the year, Odyssey Entertainment held a golf event prior to Ndombolo superstar Koffi Olomide's show in the mining town.
The Kadoma Music Festival is scheduled to take place at Odyssey Hotel in Kadoma on 14 October.
It is a celebration of Zimbabwean music where the country's three biggest artistes, Alick Macheso, Winky D, and Jah Prayzah are set to take part.
