POLICE in Madlambuzi, Bulilima district, have arrested six suspects in connection with the murder of Soze Dube (54) whose corpse was recovered from a hut on August 24.
The suspects, Qiniso Ncube (38), Honest Sola, Justin Nkomo (60), Malcom Sichelo Ncube (24), Mayibongwe Nyathi (27), Lyton Ncube (28) and Mulu Nyathi (20), from Ndolwane village reportedly took turns to assault Dube with switches accusing him of stealing a goat belonging to Ncube.
Meanwhile, police in Mberengwa, Midlands province, are appealing for information which may lead to the arrest of Clear Msipa who is wanted in connection with the murder of Knowledge Moyo (34).
It is reported that on August 26, Msipa fatally stabbed Moyo with a knife at Shauro Business Centre after accusing him of having an affair with his wife.
In another unrelated case, police in Zaka, Masvingo province, are looking for one Jacob Sigodu who is wanted for allegedly killing Peterson Machinjike (41).
According to police, the suspect allegedly stabbed Machinjike on August 26, accusing him of stealing gold ore at Midwaters 20, Mine, Zaka. The victim later died.
