Manduna’s manifesto has a five-point vision for Nketa and Emganwini anchored on representative, legislative and oversight roles.

His vision includes modernisation, reconstruction, reconciliation, restoration and transformation.

Under modernisation, Manduna promises to modernise the Nketa constituency through partnerships and assistance from government, private and financial institutions.

“This will happen through the building of modern shopping complexes at existing shopping centres that have banks, government institutions, offices, shops and clinics, among others.

“Through building high-rise flats to afford housing for the growing population in the constituency, we have vast un-utilised land in Emganwini. Setting up sports academies for netball, soccer, volleyball, tennis, cricket, pool and golf. Ultimately having teams in national leagues like Nketa/Emganwini FC.”

Providing laptops, science equipment and iPads to schools is also part of his wishlist for the constituency.
