Gray Homes Construction eyes Chegutu for cluster houses

As Gray Homes continues to make inroads into the industry, they have set their eyes on Chegutu which has become their latest area where they will soon be building cluster houses.

GRAY HOMES CONSTRUCTION is among the few corporates that have shown appreciation and value of the arts having engaged multi-award-winning musician Jah Prayzah, gospel singer Mathias Mhere and comedienne Madam Boss as their brand ambassadors.

The company offers comprehensive construction services from general building, roofing, plastering, floor finishing, plumbing, ceilings, tiling, painting and allied services.

“We want to thank our artistes Jah Prayzah, Mathias Mhere and Madam Boss for accepting to work with us. Engaging these artistes in line of our works now is our way of appreciating that arts is a career that can sustain one’s life,” Gray Homes Construction general manager Victor Musiyiwa said.

As Gray Homes continues to make inroads into the industry, they have set their eyes on Chegutu which has become their latest area where they will soon be building cluster houses.

Musiyiwa said they have been able to penetrate the market through a unique combination of engineering, construction and design disciplines and expertise.

“As Gray Homes Construction our sole mandate is to ensure that everyone gets decent accommodation at a decent price. We deliver a world class infrastructure solution to customers and stakeholders across a broad range of industry sectors,” he said.

“We leverage this competence and expertise to deliver major projects in rural and urban settings, as well as high-growth in markets of developing economies. Our team is experienced and very creative, offering the best results.”

Musiyiwa said when people are planning construction or renovation, it is important to choose a contractor who is qualified and trustworthy.

“We can supply materials and labour, or just labour. Our teams are fully qualified and insured bricklayers who are used to working to the highest specifications. Whatever client’s project size,” he said.

“We are a full-service general contractor and provide superior construction services for projects of all types and sizes. We are highly experienced in residential building and construction, as well as in light and heavy commercial building and construction. We support our clients from concept to holding the keys.”

Musiyiwa said they also support architects, real estate firms, engineers and others by providing high detailed 3D floor plan design services to illustrate and visualise their projects.

He said they have projects rolling in Sandton, Mt Hampden, Avondale, Mabvazuva, Ruwa, Kadoma and Gweru, among other areas.
