Police are on the hunt for Geza who is four criminal charges for allegedly inciting to commit public violence and insulting President Emmerson Mnangagwa.
Mubaiwa had her leg amputated over a week ago after several counselling sessions to comfort her to allow the procedure to go ahead as it could not be saved due to gangrene.
She said JSC had recommended that Mnangagwa sets up tribunals to investigate the suitability of two High Court judges to remain in office early this year.
The 64-year-old was arrested, beaten up and jailed for eight days a few years ago after helping a client who had been raided by police, but refuses to be intimidated.
