Salvation Army grooming resolute leaders

Chimhini called on parents and guardians to make strides in nurturing children in deserving environments with hope of building the country.

The Salvation Army church through its nursery school is making strides in imparting Christian values in children.

Speaking at a graduation ceremony for learners at Mabelreign Citadel Daycare Centre, copyright expert Polisile Ncube-Chimhini highlighted the impact of the hard work and efforts brought about by the day care centre.

“One of the aspiration of the church is to provide education for the children and support them in their spiritual growth,” she said.

“Just like the Bible stated in the book of Proverbs 22:6, train a child ways he should go, even when he is old he will not depart from it.”

Chimhini called on parents and guardians to make strides in nurturing children in deserving environments with hope of building the country.

“Education in a Christian environment is the best you can offer a child,” Chimhini said.

“Mabelreign Citadel Daycare Centre is, however, in line with government vision of 2030, on provide education for all.”
