CITIZENS Coalition for Change (CCC) has embarked on door-to-door campaigns

CITIZENS Coalition for Change (CCC) has embarked on door-to-door campaigns to engage and understand the aspirations of the people of Bulawayo.

Campaign head of media and communication Stanley Moyo, deputy spokesperson Gift Siziba and ward candidates in the Tshabalala-Pelandaba constituency on Sunday visited households in Sizinda under the #NC23 (Nelson Chamisa 2023) Campaign.

“In collaboration with council candidates Simbarashe Dube (ward 20), Lovewell Mwinde (ward 13) and Tinevimbo Maphosa (ward 21), the champions engaged citizens in a bid to disseminate information as part of the campaign,” he said.

“The #NC23 Campaign is designed to cascade the vision of the CCC champion-in-chief (Nelson)Chamisa, while targeted at reaching out to at least 30 000 citizens in Tshabalala-Pelandaba by 23 August 2023.”

In Tshabalala-Pelandaba, Siziba will battle it out with Cecilia Verenga (Zanu PF), Soneni Moyo, Paulo Maplanka (EFF) and Gift Ndlovu (DOP).

“Their (constituents) enthusiasm and readiness for the upcoming general election were evident, reflecting their desire for positive change,” said Moyo.

“It is a campaign that aims to be inclusive, aiming to bring positive change and progress for everyone in the community.”
