The shutdown coincides with the last day of the Zimbabwe International Trade fair which will be held in the country’s second largest city.

By Sindiso Dube Bulawayo artistes and wheel spinners are ready to exhibit their craft when they share the stage with the country’s biggest performers Winky D and Jah Prayzah next Saturday in an event dubbed the Shutdown.

The shutdown coincides with the last day of the Zimbabwe International Trade fair which will be held in the country’s second largest city.

The show will be hosted at the Boundary Restaurant and Bar nestled at Queens Sports Club.

Bulawayo will be represented by Wheel spinners — DJ Nospa and Mzoe and rappers Fab G and Noreen Moria.

The organiser of the show Dee Nosh of Two Kings Entertainment said they were expecting a good show full of energy and diversity.

“Our line-up is full of different genres and different tastes,” Dee Nosh said.

“We deliberately mixed the line-up so that we can do everything for everyone.

“Our main acts are from two different worlds, one is dancehall and the other is contemporary.

“We have Fab G and Noreen Moria who also come from hip-hip culture.

“Our wheel spinners Mzoe and Nospa are not new to fun lovers as they have been responsible for all the fun at the venue on a daily basis.

“These are seasoned DJs who know how to start and end a party.”

Fab G was part of the festive season which was headlined by Big Zulu at the same venue.

His electric performance that was commended by Big Zulu has led him to being booked at many shows that feature foreigners.
