Fans fall in love with Kikky Bad*ss latest project

The project is fully packed with bars and carries a different touch of hip-hop sound with a blend of amapiano, particularly on the track Blue.

Female rapper Kikky Bad*ss is basking in glory following the release of her latest project, an extended play (EP) titled Capsule.

The EP carries two songs — Pink and Blue — whose videos have gained a lot of attention on online platforms, including YouTube.

The project is fully packed with bars and carries a different touch of hip-hop sound with a blend of amapiano, particularly on the track Blue.

Kikky features artistes such as Horid, Messiah, Dougi Draco, Landrose, Robot Boii and Crooger Owtoo.

But why were the tracks named Blue and Pink?

“We decided to name the tracks Blue (Kikky X all male artists) and Pink (Kikky X all female artists), which are colours used for gender [designation],” Kikky Bada*ss told SA Hip-hop Reloaded.

“The final product then came out as Blue and Pink. Capsule pill.”

The song Pink, whose visuals are not yet out, features Scumie, XXC Legacy, Mbali the Real and King KY.

Commenting on the video of the song Blue on YouTube, Dadza Nelson said: “This is honestly the biggest collaboration to come out of southern Africa, no barriers we speak on the beat.”

Another fan said: “She’s pushing the Zimbabwean music industry. Big shout out to Kikky, respect.”

Kikky Bad*ss does not only spit bars, but she also makes sure she shows up and shows off on music videos.

Using her stunning outfits she makes sure she serves her fans both musically and visually.
