As we go to press, only seven days are left before the final count down and a knock-out blow is registered to either Vice President Kamala Harris or Donald J. Trump.
There are many who are losing sleep over the real possibility that Trump is favoured to win a re-election. Michelle Obama asks the question.
“Why on earth is this race even close?
To the sister, Trump is a scoundrel, who should be “taken out”.
To working class Americans, Trump is an angel.
The story is straightforward. If Trump wins the election, and decides to do what these people have done to him, then they are in for a bunch of stuff (American English).
Every rock they have thrown at Trump has misfired.
Trump is a Nazi, a fascist, a misogynist and wants abortionists jailed.

So, if all fails, Trump must be thrown in jail. On what charge? Trump’s supporters asked.
One charge by special counsel Jack Smith is that Trump committed “fraud by raising more than $200 million in donations for (his) effort to contest the results of 2020 election.”
The congressional writ authorising the appointment of a special counsel had run out. Smith’s position was itself fraudulent. Secondly common-sense dictates that there is nothing fraudulent about seeking donations to fund defence attorney’s fees.
In short, Biden administration was saying that it was illegal to challenge the results of an election.
A judge in Georgia threw out six similar charges because they were so vague that no possible defense could be made against them.
Also, the Georgia judge found that the sexual relationship between district attorney Fani Willis Brother Wade, the leading attorney did not look right.
Thus, both Sister Willis and Brother Wade may end up in a jailhouse, or facing disbarment in Georgia for their improper relationship.
If I were to mention the numerous trumped-up charges and fines imposed against Trump, there would be no end to the list.
Suffice it to say that American people were not fooled by these shenanigans and the more Trump was brought up on spurious charges, the more the pendulum shifted in his favor.
The last resort is to kill Trump. While there is a dispute as to whether a direct order was given, secret service chief Kimberly Cheatle, resigned after refusing to answer congressional questions.
A 20-year-old Mathew Crooks had walked in broad daylight, climbed a rooftop with a bag and a rifle (July 13) and allegedly shot at Trump’s ear.
Trump’s egregious sins.
Trump committed an unforgivable sin on January 6, 2016 in a Republican primary debate when he said these words.
“You knew there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. You lied about it. Millions of people died.”
To say that former US president George Bush and ex-British prime minister Tony Blair should have been brought before the International Court of Justice for mass murder was not something any wise man should have said in public.
From that day on Trump’s life was forfeit.
To add salt to injury, Trump continued on this dangerous path, exposing the real purpose of US foreign policy of “endless wars”. Maybe Iraq’s ruler Saddam Hussein and Libya’s Muammar Khadafi were evil rulers. Trump asked a question which should have remained unsaid.
“Are Iraqi people better off today? Are the Libyans better off today than they were before?” He asked.
Destabilising foreign countries allows the US and Europe to plunder resources in those countries while natives fight each other.
But Trump touched another nerve.
Politicians like speaker Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama and Bill Clinton were sponsored by invisible globalists while pretending to be servants of the American people.
In the process they became very wealthy while following policies that wreaked havoc on the working class and destroyed the American dream.
US interests cannot possibly be served by shutting down US steel corporations and replacing them with Chinese imports.
US lives are not improved by waging endless wars for oil in the Middle East while there is plenty of oil in the US homeland.
In any case, the US cannot for long maintain its military dominance if it loses its industrial dominance.
A raw nerve for the Democrats was the unspoken truth that they intended to open borders to foreign nationals who would replace native workers and be beholden in elections to the party.
If the reader thinks this is impossible, think again and assess the reality that in four years, Democrats have allowed 20 million illegal immigrants.
The economist, Donald Harris, the vice president’s father, wrote in a 1990 paper entitled Black Economic Progress.
He spells out that mass immigration of “low skilled workers, who compete with native born youths and low skilled adult workers for low skilled jobs…is particularly a serious problem for blacks, who constitute a high proportion of low skilled adult workers”.
Trump is called a racist when he told a rally that 20 million illegal workers were a threat to black jobs.
Trump is speaking for the voiceless.
However, Trump’s greatest danger lies in his support for Israel against his better judgement.
He confesses that within three minutes, he had figured out that Israeli prime minister was not interested in a two-state solution. At the same time, he urged Israel “to finish the job and get out of Gaza”.
How does one finish the job? Is it by killing all the Arabs in Gaza? Meanwhile, Trump’s Jewish son- in-law is in charge of a charity that supports Jewish settlements on Arab lands.
The worst candidate.
How Kamala passed her bar examinations is a mystery to me. This is her plan to build 3 million houses.
“We do in terms of giving benefits and assistance to state and local governments around transit dollars, and looking holistically at the connection between that and housing, and looking holistically at the incentives we in federal government can create for local government to actually engage in planning in a holistic manner that includes prioritizing affordable housing for working people.”
This is mumbo jumbo.
