Simba Bhora coach Tonderai Ndiraya lashed out at their league schedule after his side was held to a frustrating draw by 10-men TelOne at Wadzanai Stadium yesterday.
Aubrey Nyandoro caught Simba Bhora goalkeeper Tymon Mvula with a looping header in the 20th minute to give TelOne the lead before Tymon Machope canceled the effort three minutes later with a tap in goal after a mistake by the opposition goalkeeper Matripples Mleya.
He failed to judge a Patson Jaure long clearance from the back, with the ball bouncing in front of the keeper on to the post and Machope coolly converted the rebound.
TelOne played the bulk of the second half with a man down after Leo Hofisi was shown a straight red card for an off the ball foul on Tichaona Chipunza on 53rd minute.
In the end, the two teams settled for a share of spoils as Simba Bhora stretched their winless run to three matches following defeats to Bulawayo Chiefs and Bikita Minerals in previous matches.
TelOne's winless run extended to four matches, and are on 10 points after eight rounds of matches.

"Our fixture list was punishing," Ndiraya said.
"Repeatedly we appealed for the fixtures to be moved so that our players could recover from the fatigue caused by the traveling that happened. We traveled more than 3000 kilometers across four matches. These players are human and we have got to give them time to recover so that they can give us what we know they can deliver. We were very disadvantaged and we are lucky to come out with a point here today.”
TelOne coach Tendai Chikuni was pleased with how his boys played.
"The boys put in more than 100 percent effort. We played much of the match with a man down and we decided to play defensively because we knew if we attacked, we could end up conceding another goal," Chikuni said.
At Heart Stadium, Khama Billiat scored two first half penalties as Yadah FC recorded their first win at their home with a 2-1 victory over Chicken Inn.
The result saw the Church Boys registering their first ever victory at their newly constructed Heart Stadium.
Billiat has now scored in back-to-back games after opening his goal account for the Miracle Boys in a midweek draw away at defending champions Ngezi Platinum Stars
Chicken Inn reduced the arrears in the second half through Brendon Rendo.
