Cranborne Bullets' goalscoring woes continued in the defeat to Yadah at the National Sports Stadium leaving the army side in the relegation zone and heaping pressure on coach Nesbert Saruchera.
It was not for lack of trying by the army side, though, as they enjoyed comfortably the better of this early kick off game, and created half a dozen chances which they just could not put away.
Sylvaster Munhira had the best chance to break his team's goal duck this season but his guided effort from a cross missed the target by inches with the Yadah goalkeeper Panashe Nyabunga in no man's land on 54th minute.
At the other end, Wellington Kamudyariwa's header went just wide as action swung from one end to the other.
Moments later, Yadah found the breakthrough when Munashe Gwatidzo scrapped the ball home from a Kamudyariwa corner.
Junior Zindoga had the chance to double the lead but blazed over after he was put through.

Cranborne Bullets still had a good opportunity to snatch a point in the closing stages of the match but substitute Kingsley Mureremba could not connect.
Saruchera's men who are without a goal and a win in their opening five matches, are second from the bottom on the log standings with two points.
"We were just unfortunate, we couldn't bury one or two of the many chances that we created. The problem remains the same, we haven't scored a goal yet so we are going back to the drawing board and work so that we can start scoring goals," said Saruchera who admitted he is beginning to feel pressure.
"As a coach you begin to get worried but we don't stop from working hard. We now need to plan for the game ahead because this is now water under the bridge... it's gone, we lost three points."
Yadah, meanwhile moved into the top half of the table with seven points, just three behind log leaders Caps United.
"I'm very happy for the team, happy for the youngsters because most of them are inexperienced but they are grafting on the pitch and grinding results," Yadah coach Expense Chitukutuku said.
"They are improving each game which is good for them and the team. The youngsters are starting to get into the box which is good. I need to continue improve the youngsters to match the big guys in the premiership."
