A Chitungwiza man allegedly sodomised his friend after offering him accommodation for the night since it was dark.
Crage Chinozwa (52) was remanded in custody to July 16 by Harare magistrate Marehwanazvo Gofa.
Prosecutor Anesu Chirenje alleged that on July 5, Chinozwa asked his friend, who resides in Mabvuku for a place to sleep since it was late for him to travel back to his residence.
The court heard that the complainant agreed to accommodate Chinozwa and they shared the same bed.
When the complainant woke up in the morning, herealised that Chinozwa had ejaculated on him during the night.
Chirenje alleged that when the complainant asked the accused person what had happened, he told him that he had sucked his manhood while asleep during the night.
The complainant reported the matter to Mabvuku police station leading to his arrest.
