WestProp’s projections came as it unveiled plans to list on the foreign currency-indexed Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX) next month.

The new facility has been designed for an initial 10 MW, which can expand to 30MW depending on demand. It will be the largest facility in West Africa to date, outside of Nigeria.

The media house collaborated with the National Social Security Authority (NSSA) to host the insurance survey awards. 

Econet said it continues to witness an increase in demand for its services, with the usage of voice and data for the quarter under review growing by 30% and 31% respectively.

In a statement accompanying the financial statement for the review period, FCB chief executive officer Tapera Mushoriwa said income was buoyed by increased lending.
