Chiwetu is accused of misrepresenting Zanu PF Youth League by authorising one Tapiwa Gwande to act as a proxy on its behalf.

The affected are the residents allocated stands under Operation Garikai/Hlalani Kuhle in 2009 under Chiedza Lot 1.

Authorities blame the deterioration on western sanctions, which came into force in 2000, with Zanu PF saying the country lost over US$42 billion during the first decade.
