LOCAL comedienne and socialite Madam Boss, born Tarisai Cleopatra Chikocho, attended this year’s BET awards wearing stylish outfits at the international dinner and the award ceremony.
Madam Boss was invited to the prestigious award ceremony as a special guest and Standard Style focused on her outfit lineup.
She started off at the BET international dinner where she wore a high slit, strapless black dress, with diamond fragments embroidered on the upper body that made the outfit elegant, complementing her skin.
For the shoes, she went for an open heel and for accessories a black gem necklace with a ring to sum up her black- themed outfit. She let her hair slick down with some curls.
At the award ceremony, Madam Boss went for a royal blue strapless dress with a neck chain, with an over-the -shoulder coat which had the Zimbabwe national covering inside.
The coat had high pointy sides making it a clean edge outfit with some glittery design embroidered on the elegant coat giving it some royal look.
For her hairstyle she went for an elegant wig styled up with a high ponytail with bangs giving some royal elegance. Surely, the outfit was giving some bossy moves.
And at the after party, she chose a more casual fitting boyfriend jean, a white blouse and a black jacket.
The BET awards ceremony was founded in 2001 with the aim of celebrating black entertainers and other minorities in music, film, sports and philanthropy.
It’s an annual event and this year's star theme was Standing on culture.
Madam Boss returned home last Thursday and a luncheon was hosted in her honour at Garwe Restaurant on Friday.
