Trump’s sweeping victory in the US presidential elections caught the Democrats by surprise.

This has affected media and print industries more than any other.

The issue at hand is whether, these media moguls, who at every turn made up stuff about Donald Trump and adumbrated the legal warfare initiated by President Joe Biden against his political rival should be treated the way they treated Trump.

The first casualty is the braggadocious Congressman Joe Scarborough and his wife Mika and their television programme entitled Morning Joe.

In July, Joe made a bold lie that president Biden was “cogent, as cogent as can be” and that he can take a lap up the stairs in no time at all. Here is the killer. “If you don’t believe that, fuck (sic/bad word) off.”

The fact that Biden was senile was hidden for four years. They assumed that American people were stupid.

Morning Joe had, at its peak three million viewers. After November 5, it could barely make 30 000 viewers. That was a catastrophic collapse of the audience base. There is talk of selling MSNBC.

Whether Joe and Mika were forced by MSNBC or by their own accord, we shall never know.

Yesterday, with their pride under their armpits, they knocked on Mar-a-Largo, the home of president -elect Trump seeking grace and reconciliation.

The chickens have come home to roost. Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) has committed terrible acts of judicial warfare against Trump. The issue here is whether, in the long run, by jailing political opponents, one can secure their demise in popular memory.

History shows us that the opposite will happen. Nelson Mandela became more popular the longer he stayed in jail.

Florida Congressman Mathew Gaetz is a feisty Trumpkin (supporter) and as such was a thorn in the flesh of Biden’s attorney-general, Merrick Garland.

Gaetz was investigated for “ethics violations.” The accusations, which were leaked from a Congressional dossier say that Gaetz was alleged to have had an “improper sexual relationship with a minor.”

The information came from two sources. The girl supposedly involved does not appear to have been interrogated.

One source is from an attorney for a promiscuous girl who said that she was part of a group hired for sex in New York. The second source comes from a convicted felon and a scoundrel, a Florida county tax official, Joel Greenberg.

Greenberg says that Gaetz went on a sex cruise (called sex tourism) to the Bahamas. Greenberg himself was not in the sex cruise.

Greenberg accused his political opponent of having sex with a pupil, an accusation which turned out to have been a complete fabrication.

In order to get a favourable sentence, Greenberg admitted to 27 counts of felonious behavior on condition he “told on others.”

The DOJ refused to prosecute Gaetz if Greenberg was their star witness, a person who would melt before a jury.

Now that Gaetz has been nominated for the position of Attorney General, the Democrats are bringing up the case in drips, to tarnish his name.

The so-called victim of under-age sex is nowhere to be found in the story.

The point is not to find him guilty. It is to assassinate his character.

We can dd that the statute of limitations means nothing to Democrats.

Our story is that DOJ top brass is shaking in their boots as they will face a Trump administration in less than 60 days.

Stormy Daniels

With the help of Democrat District attorney Brother Alvin Bragg, Stormy Daniels resuscitated a case which she says originally happened in 2005. There are two versions of her case.

In one version she says that Trump sexually assaulted her in a departmental store. There was no witness and she did not lay charges at that time (2005).

In 2015, with the help of attorney Michael Avenatti she attempted to blackmail Trump into a hush-hush deal.

In another version, attorney Michael Cohen arranged a hush money payment of US$130 000.

Both Avenatti and Cohen went to jail and were disbarred for ethical violations. Cohen admitted to stealing Trump’s money.

Harvard Professor Allan Deshorwitz says he cannot figure out what the case is about.

Democrat attorney Brother Bragg argues that the hush money was used to flout federal electoral regulations.

Dershowitz argues that if that is so, then the case should have gone to federal court.

Dershowitz says that the judge should have used his discretion to throw out the case.

But that is missing the point. Judge Juan Marchan (a Bolivian born national) is a Democratic Party operative. While Marchan presided over the case, his daughter was raising money for Democrats in order to defeat Trump.

Marchan, in his instructions to the jury, said that not withstanding the fact that Cohen is a convicted criminal and a liar, his evidence should be admissible.

Secondly, the jury need not come to a unanimous verdict.

Thirdly, the DOJ sent Michael Colangelo, a cut throat attorney to finish off Trump.

The fact that in May 2023 Daniels lost her case for defamation, a judge imposing a fine of USD330 000 legal fees to be paid to Trump was of no consequence to the Democrats.

The long and short of it is that Democrats thought that Americans are stupid.

I am writing on November 19; the date Democrats had planned to send Trump to jail for 74 years.

Nobody looked more foolish than Judge Merchan today, November 19.

Merchan now postponed his sentencing indefinitely.

Similar events are taking place in Georgia. Sister Fanni Willis was acting out and cutting up about “election denial charges” against Trump and 18 co-defendants.

Today, Georgia Supreme Court, without explanation, simply said that it will not hear the case. It is MOOT.

Dear reader, what has thrown Democrats into a frenzy is whether Trump will give Democrats their just deserts.
