According to prosecutors, in November last year, the complainant aged 27 was in the company of her friends at a nightclub having drinks.
Chisvo requested to join their table and he started buying some beer.
After sometime the complainant and her friends decided to go home, and Chisvo asked to join them saying his house was far away.
He was accommodated in the dining room where he slept on the floor.
The complainant slept on the sofa.
During the night, Chisvo started complaining saying he was feeling cold and asked for sex.
The complainant refused, but knocked off as she was allegedly drunk.
Chisvo allegedly took advantage of her drunkenness and raped her before disappearing into the night.
