Canadian Richard Lee won the tournament after leading from start to finish, claiming his first victory on the Asian Tour in seven years on 23 - under par in 72 holes.
Lee’s stunning wire-to-wire victory in the BNI Indonesian Masters had real significance in The International Series Rankings race, moving the Canadian up to second place with just three tournaments left to play.
The 34-year-old, who picked up his first victory since 2017, is now nearest challenger to American John Catlin and after claiming a T9, a T2 and a win in a hectic three-week run, he has to be considered a genuine candidate for the LIV Golf League spot that goes to the rankings champion at the end of the season.
The Vincent brothers recently got relegated from the LIV Golf League but still have a chance to bounce back when they take part in the season-ending LIV Golf Promotions event in Riyadh scheduled for December 12 – 14.
There are three crucial tournaments left in The International Series campaign: the LINK Hong Kong Open, International Series Qatar and the PIF Saudi International powered by SoftBank Investment Advisers.
The last two have elevated prize funds and higher rankings points at stake, as the season reaches a thrilling conclusion.
The rankings champion at the end of the season will earn a spot in the LIV Golf League next year.
