DYNAMOS interim coach coach Lloyd Chigowe fumed at TelOne players' behaviour after a dull goalless draw in a rescheduled Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match at Bata Stadium yesterday.

The Harare giants were hoping to continue on their winning streak as they prepare to shift focus to their Caf Confederations Cup second preliminary tie against Orapa United on Sunday in Francistown, Botswana.

However, it was the The Wifi Boys that held on to settle for a draw. The DeMbare gaffer was livid with TelOne, saying employing delaying tactics will only condemn them to relegation.

"I am not happy, with the end result and obvious not happy also with the behaviour of our opponents. We came her to play football, but at the end they even hide the football, so there was no football to be played.

“Their goalkeeper started delaying in the first five minutes. I expect better from them considering that they are in relegation battle. We should have taken our chances and obviously that could have changed the complexion of the match.

“It has become a culture, there are a number of teams that play like that, this is  no exception. But the funny part is if you are in the relegation zone, you must fight for three points.

"Suprisingly you fight for one point and from there it can only be one ticket way to hell or to heaven," Chigowe said.

His counterpart Herbert Maruwa was happy with the result. "It is a good result. They were trying to come hard on us, so we managed the game. This point will count as we progress. We did everything we could.

"But it was not to be. What I know is that when the season ends, we will surely survive," Maruwa said after the match.

For a team that put up a sterling Chibuku Super Cup performance, Dynamos were a pale shadow of themselves. No clear chance was created in the first 20 minutes, as both teams were scrappy in all respects.

TelOne were the first to carve out a clear chance after 28 minutes, when Washington Navaya was set up by Xolani Moyo, with Martin Mapisa at his mercy.  But, the former Bosso striker failed to beat Mapisa in a one on one situation.

A minute later, Dynamos tried to respond with Elvis Moyo delivering a curling free-kick which was repelled by goalie Criss Mverechena.
