The Herbert Maruwa-coached side have already secured midfielder Xolisani Moyo and defender Tafadzwa Jaravani.

TELONE are plotting to make another big signing by snapping up Donald Mudadi, whose contract at Dynamos is said to have expired at the end of June.

The Herbert Maruwa-coached side have already secured midfielder Xolisani Moyo and defender Tafadzwa Jaravani.

Moyo and Jaravani become Maruwa’s first signings, having inherited a squad that was assembled by Tendai Chikuni, who led them back to the Premier Soccer League.

Also known as Scara, Moyo joins the WiFi Boys from Bulawayo Chiefs, while Jaravani was unattached, having last played for Caps United.

Maruwa is hoping to help the Gweru-based side turn the corner following a slow start to their campaign.

Under his watch, they have managed one win, three draws and one defeat.

“We are going to add new guys. Xolani is coming from Bulawayo Chiefs and also Tafadzwa Jaravani. For now, that is what we have, but we are definitely going to improve the team,” Maruwa said.

Former Warriors pair of Jimmy Dzingai and Victor Kamhuka are also angling to join the financially stable Gweru-based side.

Mudadi, who is currently in South Africa with the Warriors, is now a free agent after his contract with Dynamos expired on June 30.

He could be one of the new arrivals and if they manage to convince him, they will give themselves a better chance of achieving their target which is preserving their place in the topflight.

As it stands, they are 15th on table with 17 points on their tally.

And they will hope to pick as many points as possible in the second round of the season to avoid relegation.
