Simba Bhora coach Tonderai Ndiraya says his club head into Tuesday's Castle Lager Premier Soccer League relegation scrap against basement side Cranborne Bullets at the National Sports Stadium bubbling with renewed confidence after winning their last two matches.
The topflightnewcomers, unbeaten in their last five matches, beat Sheasham 1-0 a fortnight ago before overcoming GreenFuel 3-0 last week.
This good run of form has seen Ndiraya's side jumping into 10th position, although they are far from safety with nine matches remaining in the season.
Victory on Tuesday would see them stitch three consecutive wins for the first time this season, a feat which could also go a long way in their fight for survival in their maiden season.
"We are good to go," Ndiraya said. "The team is looking good, the confidence is very high in all the players. Infact, the whole system is bubbling with confidence. Obviously this is coming from our two previous performances where we won against Sheasham and GreenFuel. That has brought some energy into the team and the motivation which is there is for us to go on a three game winning streak so we hage been working on that and hopefully we can get that win we are looking for."
Simba Bhora lost the reverse fixture 1-0, and Ndiraya said his team is out for revenge.
Only Chicken Inn has completed a double over Simba Bhora in the league this term.
"We are not taking Cranborne lightly. Of course they are at the basement of the table but their position on the log doesnt reflect the quality of football that they are playing. We have got so much respect for them. They defeated us in the first round of matches so it is our wish that we can get revenge. We want to atone for the painful defeat that they gave us in our previous encounter. We want to correct where we went wrong."

Ndiraya will be without three of his key players for the match.
First choice goalkeeper Simba Chinani, midfielder Tichaona Chipunza who has played every minute of the team's matches so far and another regular Ishmael Nyanhi are all suspended after accumulating yellow cards.
"The three have been key to our campaign this season so its a blow. But we have able replacements, and the good thing is we can play around with the team and come up with a very competitive side. We are looking forward to the other players taking the reins and giving us what we expect them to give us," Ndiraya said.
Also missing today is the trio of Talent Chawapiwa, Tafadzwa Jaravani and Phineas Chikurupati through injury.
Simba Bhora have 29 points and another win will see them jump to eighth position.
For Cranborne Bullets, it's not looking pretty good for the Nesbert Saruchera side who are winless in their last five matches, including straight defeats in their last four outings.
The army side are on 18 points, and need to start picking points if they are to avoid relegation.
