THE globally renowned lifestyle event Jameson Connects is set to make its debut in Harare on November 4, bringing with it a day of fun, music, culture, and unforgettable experiences.
Hosted at the Jam Tree Restaurant in Borrowdale, the event is expected to celebrate the vibrant and diverse culture of Zimbabwe while promoting the spirit of togetherness and the joy of connecting with friends.
One of the highlights of the event is the local line-up of artists such as ExQ, Nutty O, Tamy Moyo, Feli Nandi, Reverb7, Rax the DJ, and many more.
“Firstly we have a 100% local line-up to ensure that we give our talented artists a platform backed by an internationally recognised brand. Secondly, the event will feature free haircuts for attendees, arts and crafts with local vendors selling custom merchandise, we'll also have cocktail making classes run by internationally trained whiskey sommeliers,” Phil Chard, the managing director at Point Black Africa told Standard Style.
The event is expected to be a lot more than the incredible music line-up as mouth-watering custom, culinary dishes,complemented by Jameson's signature cocktails and a diverse selection of beverages will be on offer. Whiskey enthusiasts will have the opportunity to experience the rich history and unique flavors of Jameson whiskey in an interactive tasting session led by whiskey experts.
There will also be a number of interactive fun spaces that offer exciting games, immersive experiences, and incredible art installations that capture the essence of Zimbabwean culture and creativity.

“At Jameson Connects, the atmosphere is about positivity, friendship, and unity. It's a space where you can be yourself, have fun, and make memories with friends, old and new. A number of prizes are on offer at the games section so please come ready to play,” read a statement released by Point Black Africa.
The event is known for its global presence and has previously hosted editions in a number of African countries including South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria, with Zambia recently hosting its edition at David Livingstone Lodge from October 21 to 22.
To attend, guests simply purchase a bottle of Jameson Irish Whiskey at participating outlets during a Jameson activation. The number of tickets received depends on the type of Jameson whiskey chosen, with Jameson Original granting two tickets, Jameson IPA or Stout Edition providing three tickets, and Jameson Black Barrel offering four tickets.
