IN life, there are some people who are multi-talented such that they wear many jackets. Twenty-five-year-old Wendy Maturi is among such people gifted with many talents.
Among the jackets that Maturi wears are the modelling jacket, fashion designer’s jacket, beautician jacket and actress jacket.
After growing up in Mutoko, Mashonaland East province under Chief Mukota, Maturi is now doing well in the world of showbiz.
She has cat-walked in a number of top pageants and has worked with a number of artistes across genres.

On the ramp, she participated at pageants such as Miss Zimbabwe, Miss Culture Zimbabwe (second runner-up in Bangladesh) Miss Tourism Zimbabwe (queen for Mashonaland East), Miss Intercontinental Zimbabwe (First runner up).
On the acting front, her debut was in Cook Off, the first Zimbabwean film to be featured on Netflix.
On the musical front, Maturi has featured in a number of music videos.
She featured in multi-award-winning Jah Prayzah’s Donhodzo video and dancehall singer Enzo Ishall’s Chidavado video.
