HARARE City goalkeeper Maxwell Nyamupanedengu was the fall guy after missing a first half penalty to deny his side maximum points in a tense Chibuku Super Cup clash against Yadah at the National Sports Stadium yesterday.
The draw left Lloyd Chitembwe’s men still winless in three matches and will need to work on their finishing ahead of the next match.
Former Dynamos midfielder Godfrey Mukambi illegally brought down William Manondo as he charged for the goal on 19 minutes and referee Grace Gimo pointed to the spot.

And Nyamupanedengu stepped up to take the spot kick, but somehow failed to beat Yadah goalkeeper Panashe Nyabungu.
However, the Sunshine City attackers failed to convert the rebound.
The Chibuku Super Cup matches have not yet yielded any luck to both teams as Harare City have drawn their three matches and with Yadah drawing twice before they were handed a tough football lesson by Harare giants Dynamos in a 4-0 demolition recently.
Harare City though were dominant throughout the match, launching several attacks at their opponents’ goal.
Their forwards were, however, found wanting as they failed to convert several chances that came their way.
In the end, they settled for a draw.
