A Harare teenager was allegedly caught in the act of selling drugs from a car park.
Cain Sakudya (19) was remanded in custody to August 15 by Harare magistrate Simon Kandiyero last week after being advised to approach the High Court for bail.
Prosecutor Thomas Chanakira alleged that on August 7, detectives from CID Drugs and Narcotics, established that Sakudya was dealng in drugs at a car park in Dzivarasekwa 3.
On the same date, detectives went to Sakudya’s residence for surveillance and he was allegedly observed serving drugs to his clients.
The detectives allegedly approached Sakudya who was searched and they discovered a satchel which had small sachets of crystal meth.
He was immediately arrested.
