CITY LINK Coaches has unveiled a bursary to cater for educational needs, including tuition fees, for 60 primary school pupils in Bulawayo.

The initiative was announced on Tuesday during a prize-giving ceremony at Mhali Primary School in Magwegwe.

City Link Coaches Bulawayo regional manager Edith Dube said the bus operator believed in investing in the future of learners.

“By supporting these bright young minds, we hope to inspire them to reach their full potential and contribute positively to society,” she said.

“It is an honour to recognise these talented young students and contribute towards their educational journey.

“We hope this initiative will motivate them to continue striving for excellence.”

Mhali Primary School head Gift Ngwenya said the sponsorship would significantly alleviate the financial burden on families of the beneficiaries.

“We are truly grateful for their support and look forward to seeing our students excel even further.”
