“My personal gratitude to these truly unique companies and individuals cannot be over emphasized in particular when we consider the very harsh socioeconomic conditions which our country is currently experiencing.
“ Indeed, the Jairos Jiri Association derives immense inspiration from this outstanding and very rare sense of social responsibility, distinctiveempathy for people with disabilities and unrelenting dedication towards the amelioration of their plight Jonathan Gapare, the Chairman of Alpha International Land Developers Group, emphasized the company's dedication to restoring the Jairos Jiri Association to its former glory. He outlined various initiatives undertaken by the company, including income generating projects in each branch across the nation.
“Alpha International has subdivided a portion of land belonging to Jairos Jiri to compensate employees who were not paid during the organization's financial difficulties last year. Jairos Jiri will never die and we will work together to restore it to its former glory.
“We are working hard with partners to fund income generating projects so that each branch can sustain itself from nutritional gardens, piggery, caperntry and growing chickens among other projects. Investors had lost confidence in the organization, however, they are slowly coming in to sponsor Jairos Jiri evidenced by Potraz donating a commuter omnibus to ferry children. Alpha International is actively seeking partnerships with investors to revitalize the organization and provide essential services to people with disabilities.”
