SUSPECTED Mbare drug kingpin Simbarashe "Dhama" Chinachimwe appeared at Mbare Magistrates Court yesterday on allegations of possession of 26 satchels of dagga.
Chinachimwe (31) who was represented by Tafadzwa Hungwe of Samkange and partners was granted $50 000 bail by Mbare magistrate Rangarirai Gakanje.
He was ordered to report every Friday at St Mary's Police Station.
Allegations are that on February 4 this year at around 1030 hours, police detectives raided his drug base situated at an open space eastwards direction of Block 14 Matapi Flats,Mbare affectionately known as PaDhama.
A search was conducted at the swampy area the detectives found a bucket hidden in the swarm with 27 sachets of loose dagga and a dagga plant approximately 1.7 meters.
The recovered dagga was taken to ZRP Matapi as an exhibit.
