AN UNIDENTIFIED Harare woman has been saved after a suicide attempt at Parirenyatwa Group of hospitals on Monday.
The woman tried to jump from the second floor of a hospital ward.
It was not clear why the woman wanted to kill herself.
The incident comes hardly a week after two people were saved while trying to commit suicide under unclear circumstances.
Last week, a Harare man threw himself from the rooftop of Tanganyika house but survived. He was rushed to hospital for treatment.
On Monday last week, another man was rescued by the fire brigade in Marondera after he tried to jump from a gum tree.
