3 B2B Services to Partner with That Every Startup Should Consider

Opinion & Analysis
Startups

When it comes to starting a new business, there is much to consider in terms of logistics. You have perhaps spent months with all the legal red tape and then finding funding to begin building your startup. However, did you consider the various B2B services you can partner with that will provide benefits for both your new company and the service you are contracting? There are so many to consider but there are three that will probably benefit your startup most. Let’s take a quick look at each of these so that you can understand just how important B2B partnering is for you and those partners you’ve agreed to work closely with.

1. Bill Payment Services

It probably depends on the kind of startup you are launching, but for an example, let’s say you are launching a business as an internet service provider in a local area. You will obviously need a way to accept payments online and this is where you’d partner with a bill payment service. Did you know that the Ria international money transfer app is not the only service this international company has to offer? They also have bill payment services you can contract so that you can set up monthly ACH payments from your ISP customers. It’s one way of accepting online payments that are secure and since Ria is a company that partners with banks and assorted financial institutions around the globe, their payment services are well respected in the industry.

2. Shipping Partners

If you are going to be selling online, you will most definitely need shipping partners to get your products out to customers who buy from you. In fact, the shipping services you contract may not be the actual shipper. You see this all the time when a merchant works with a shipper who then drops the item to be delivered with the USPS. They will pick up and transport your merchandise to the nearest post office that will then transport your products to the customer. It’s an amazing service that makes it possible for you to focus on your business without running a local fleet in addition to all that you already are responsible for.

3. Market Outlets

Then there are market outlets to partner with. You may be the vendor of products but how do you get them out there to a broad audience? Here again, you see this kind of B2B service agreement with large global marketplaces like Amazon or eBay. They provide a global audience for your listings. Once again, something that benefits both you and the marketplace, but a service you aren’t able to provide even if you had to, now or in the future.

There are so many services you can contract such as all those outsourcing teams like HR, marketing and even accounting or bookkeeping. If you launch your startup with the bare minimum of what you can afford in overhead, those services will come in mighty handy toward growing your business. You keep them in business by contracting their services and they, in return, give you support in areas you are ill-equipped to handle. That is truly what makes B2B partnering as effective as it is.
