The exhibition is part of the tertiary institution’s art curriculum which provides a rare opportunity for students to partner with established stakeholders in the sector.
In an interview with NewsDay, Zvinavashe explained the title of his debut solo exhibition.
“I called it ‘The Other Side’ because that is the arty side of me that I have spent years working on at the university and now is that moment where I will share it with the rest of the world,” said an optimistic Zvinavashe.
In the tenure of his studies he has excelled in logo design, fabric design, drawing and lots more genres of art and the showcase is expected to be testimony of the skills he has refined over the years.
The free-entry exhibition will also see members of the public accorded the time to view and critic the art as that is a necessary process for all budding professionals across the divide.
Yali Creatives representative, Munyaradzi “Bloggo” Dodo said: “We are pleased to be hosting Kumbi and his exhibition at B2C. It is our hope that such talent can be exposed to the world.”
