A Domboshava man is detained at Harare Remand Prison for allegedly robbing and raping two female job seekers.
Willard Kudakwashe Jonifati is accused of luring the two women to meet him under the pretenxt that he would offer them jobs.
The court heard that the first complainant met Jonifati at Mverechena Business Centre, Domboshava where he asked her to follow him to the promised workplace.
Along the way, he allegedly produced a knife demanding her cell phone before raping her.
Prosecutor Anesu Chirenje alleged that Jonifati lured complainant two to Molife turn off, Domboshava where they met under the pretence that there was a job offer.
While at the shops, the accused person ordered the complainant to give him all the money she had and the complainant gave him US$20.
He then asked her to follow him to meet her new employer.
He raped her thrice after threatening to kill her.
