The fashion show will see Jani re-introducing the famous African attire at an event that will specialise in ladies wear.
“It is a solo fashion show where I will showcase contemporary African clothes I have designed and made myself,” she said.
“This time around I am focusing on ladies wear with a vision to introducing mens’ wear in the near future. I had another show in May last year, a Bridal Fashion Exhibition that acted as the official opening to my line.”
Jani graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honours in Clothing Fashion Design degree in October last year.
African wear has become a major hit on the local market especially in ladies wear.
Many fashion boutiques are now ordering the trending African wear mostly from local designers as opposed to the common practice where clothes are imported from China, Dubai, Tanzania and South Africa among other nations.
