The Alleluya video, produced by Kenako Musik, was launched in June, after which the duo decided on the national tour.

Bulawayo’s Club Forty-40 entertainment manager and wheel spinner Sibanengi Ndebele – popularly known as DJ Mzoe – confirmed the jaunt.

“It is going to be one of the best shows ever in Bulawayo as Red Fox Sound will be touring Club Forty-40 for the first time,” he said.

“They will be showing us what they do in Harare. This time, we have decided to bring in a new flavour to the city as we used to bring in Zimdancehall, sungura artistes, Legendary Sounds and Judgment Yard.”

The two artistes are on tour promoting their track and the scintillating video has been improving its viewership on YouTube with over 70 000 views.

Roki is expected to perform from 8pm until the wee hours of Sunday. Local DJs such as Ash T and Mzoe would warm up the decks ahead of the Harare-based disc jockeys.

“We will also try and blend in with some of our artistes and disc jockeys who will get a chance to rub shoulders with Roki,” DJ Mzoe said.

Shepherd Tsandukwa, who is sponsoring the tour together with Kenako Musik, said it was part of supporting local talent.

DJ Ash Stylez, who is part of the tour, said they were excited to be in Bulawayo and promised fireworks.

“We are honoured to fully entertain our Bulawayo fans as well as pushing on promoting the single and doing our first performance at Club Forty-40,” he said.

“We are set to tour Zvishavane, then take a break as Roki will be travelling to China. In September the tour will continue as it will stretch as far as Victoria Falls and Kariba.” Roki will be backed by DJs Tamuka, Ash Styles, Nivek, Theo and Binnola.
