MARONDERA, Jan. 28 (NewsDay Live) - Mugodhi Apostolic Faith Church (MAFC) leader Aaron Munodawafa has died.

He was 111.

Munodawafa died due to old age at the home of one of his sons in Gokwe.

He was blind by the time of his death.

In a statement rhis evening, MAFC's legal department said the apostolic sect leader had died yesterday afternoon.

Munodawafa took over as MAFC leader from the late Tadeau Mugodhi in 2019.

He will be buried on February 7 in Jani Village, Guru in Masvingo Province.
