RENOWNED televangelist and Omega Fire Ministries International founder, Johnson Suleman, is expected in the country next month for a two-day crusade to be held in Harare.

Dubbed Harare Zimbabwe Outpouring 2026, the gathering, expected to attract thousands of worshippers in and around Zimbabwe, will be held at the City Sports Centre on February 10 and 11.

A high-powered delegation including officials from the Tourism ministry, Office of the President and Cabinet and different church denominations yesterday visited the venue to assess the progress ahead of Suleman’s visit.

Omega Fire Ministries Zimbabwe leader Idenogie Israel confirmed Suleman’s visit.

“Zimbabwe is blessed to receive Prophet Suleman, who will be in the country for two days,” he said.

“It is going to be a powerful and glorious moment for the people to have a moment with the Man of God.

“Those who are going to make it are going to experience the outpouring of diversified blessings.”

One of the event’s facilitators, former Public Service minister Petronella Kagonye, said the Zimbabwe is highly favoured to host internationally acclaimed clerics.

“Zimbabwe has been favoured, it is the season of revival,” Kagonye said.

“Three months ago, we hosted Pastor Benny Hinn and next month, we are having another powerful Man of God (Suleman). We invite everyone to attend.

“I have learnt that no nation develops without the body of Christ. The body of the Christ has to rise and pray for the nation, pray for peace and stability and pray for development, ultimately that nation will develop.”

God’s Generals International Forum president Aderino Nyabanga said they are expecting more than 10 000 people to attend the event.

“We are expecting more than 10 000 worshippers to grace the event and meet Prophet Suleman.

“To accommodate more people, each day has two slots that is in the morning and evening.”

Born on March 24, 1971, Suleman is known for his charismatic preaching and philanthropy.

Founded in 2004, his Omega Fire ministry has grown to have branches globally.

The preacher is widely recognised for his “Fire” conferences and television programmes.
