HARARE,  Mar. 25 (NewsDay Live) - High Court judge, Justice Faith Mushure has reserved judgment in a case where chrome mining and smelting company, Zimasco, is seeking to block its alleged fraudulent takeover by a consortium led by Kwekwe businessman Shephard Tundiya.

Zimasco approached the court last week after Tundiya's firm Avim Investments, through corporate rescue practitioner Wilson Manase, attempted to take over the mining company using a court order issued in respect of an unrelated and unregistered entity,  Sinosteel Zimasco (Pvt) Ltd.

The judge further directed the Master of the High Court to stay the corporate rescue process pending judgment.

Manase did not attend the court hearing.
