Bulawayo High Court judge Justice Ngoni Nduna has transfered Temba Mliswa's challenge over the holding of Zifa elections on January 25 to Harare on the basis that his matter is of similar basis with that of Prophet Walter Magaya also seeking a stay of the plebiscite.
Magaya's case is set for tomorrow before High Court judge Justice Tawanda Chitapi.
Mliswa and Magaya, aspiring Zifa presidency candidates, are seeking the postponement of the elections which are penciled for January 25.
Both were failed Zifa's eligibility test and Mliswa wants the whole process to be started afresh from the crafting of constitutional amendments as they were done by people whose mandate had expired.
Both cases will now be heard by Justice Chitapi in Chitapi.
Mliswa's lawyer Musindo Hungwe yesterday confirmed his client's case has been transferred.
