LEADING dairy processor Dendairy has successfully relaunched its popular beverage, Citro, with a vibrant and engaging event.

The event, held in Harare, attracted a diverse crowd of industry professionals, media representatives and loyal customers.

Dendairy managing director Daryl Archibald said the Citro relaunch marked a significant milestone for their company.

“We are confident that the new formula will delight consumers and drive sales,” he said.

Attendees were treated to a captivating presentation highlighting the new Citro formula, its unique selling points, and the rigorous quality control measures implemented during its development.

Agatha Gandidze, the quality assurance manager, said: “We have invested significant resources in ensuring the quality of the new Citro formula. Our rigorous testing and quality control measures guarantee a superior product.”

A highlight of the event was the opportunity for guests to sample the new Citro and experience its refreshing taste first hand.

The positive feedback received from attendees was a testament to the success of the reformulation.

Commercial manager Tendai Pawandiwa commented: “The relaunch event was a resounding success. We were overwhelmed by the positive response from our customers and partners.”

Meanwhile, Abigail Hunda, the national sales manager highlighted its profitability.

“Citro is now a more profitable product for our dealers. We are excited to see the increased demand and sales,” she said.

In addition to the product showcase, the event featured engaging activities, including a panel discussion featuring industry experts and a networking session.

These opportunities allowed attendees to connect, share insights, and learn more about the beverage industry.

Ralph Wilson, Dendairy’s marketing manager, expressed enthusiasm about the event’s success, stating: “We are thrilled with the positive response to the Citro relaunch. This event has allowed us to reconnect with our customers and showcase the significant improvements we have made to the product.”

As part of the relaunch, Dendairy also announced a comprehensive marketing campaign to support the product’s reintroduction to the market.
