AFRO-JAZZ musician Josh Meck seems to have a loaded schedule ahead of his birthday celebration set for tomorrow at the Zimbabwe German Society in Harare.
Meck is an award-winning Afro-jazz artiste with six albums to his name.
He has collaborated with musicians from South Africa, Netherlands, the United States and Madagascar.
Speaking to NewsDay Life & Style, Meck promised fireworks at the event.
“All I can say is that it is going to be amazing,” he said.
“There will be lots of surprises. We have already started rehearsing, so I can promise we will deliver a well-polished act.”
Meck said there would be performances by fellow jazz gurus such as Prudence Katomeni, Dudu Manhenga, Rute Mbangwa, Dereck Mpofu, Clive “Mono” Mukundu as well as Freedom Manatsa.
Renowned eye specialist Solomon Guramatunhu will also grace the occasion.
