78 members of Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) who had a meeting in Avondale in Harare have found no joy in getting bail and medication, including attending the burial of a baby who died in incarceration.

It is alleged that alarmed bells were raised about the deteriorating health condition of the baby.

Some members of the Zimbabwe vigil have fled such torture and terror at home, and these include,  Tendai Mapfumo, Sandra Sekai Chidemo, Roselyn Magenga and Mashama Petronella Mazisa.

The torture of the CCC members was clearly visible when they went to court.

This situation is unhealthy for people who did not commit any offence at all.

Zanu PF is having many meetings including the one that was addressed by the Army General Ansalem Sanyamatwe boosting that everyone is going to be forced to vote for Zanu-PF through the Command Voting system by his army.

The Zimbabwe vigil was concerned that Zanu PF and other political parties are allowed to have meetings undisturbed and with full police protection yet the CCC party is not allowed to gather.

Many people in the diaspora have recently been threatened by the CID law and order section for their continued participation in demonstrations, petitioning and lobbying that they are doing to different countries.

In Zimbabwe, the government has invoked the Criminal Law Codification and Reform Amendment Act To arrest those that are actively participating in demonising the regime.
