The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority at Beitbridge on Monday summoned the Zimbabwe Republic Police Support Unit to Dulibadzimu Bus Terminus after some travellers snatched their goods and fled from the authority's operation at the long distance Bus Rank.

In a sudden burst some passengers dashed and grabbed their goods where they had been placed for pick up by a Zimra truck.

All hell broke loose with the grabbing becoming free for all.

It became a cat and mouse movie as Police ran after the passengers who bolts in all directions with only one unfortunate one acounted for.

Calm came as reinforcement in form of the Support Unit, the ZRP armed section, whose presence scared travellers.

Under guard Zimra started loading goods seized from shoppers accused of smuggling.

At sunset the bus terminus appeared a barrack with the heavy presence of armed police as dejected travellers spread out in fear.
