Harvest House International Church set to host Wanqoba concert

 Slated for December 12 at Harvest House International Conference Centre  in Bulawayo, the event promises an unforgettable evening of praise, worship and inspiration.

WORSHIPPERS are in for a treat as Harvest House International Church, in collaboration with renowned gospel artiste Janet Manyowa, will this week host the highly anticipated Wanqoba concert in Bulawayo.

 Slated for December 12 at Harvest House International Conference Centre  in Bulawayo, the event promises an unforgettable evening of praise, worship and inspiration.

Speaking to NewsDay Life & Style, Harvest House Events creative and marketing head, Joy Nyathi, said: “We have Janet Manyowa who is planning the show. Hence it's a partnership between Harvest House and Manyowa just to be able to bring the show to life essentially. We also have Harvest Music, which is a resident choir of  Harvest House International Church, Minister Micheal Mahendere all the way from Harare, Joyful Praise and Lorraine Maplanka."

Nyathi added that South African gospel artistes, Lebo Sekgobela and Khaya Mthethwa, will also be part of the concert.

 "It's exciting because we are getting such an amazing mix of people, we have talented South African and Zimbabwean musicians coming," she said.

"It's an amazing mixed bag, and there is someone for everybody, so it's going be exciting. It is really a powerful line up because each of these people have their strength in their various ways."

 She said the show would be taking place during the Harvest House Conference which runs from December 12 to 15.

 Nyathi said the conference would coincide with the official opening of the Harvest House International Conference Centre.

 “People should come ready because every artiste on the line up has such a fresh and exciting offering pertaining to their ability to sing and minister. Everybody should come ready to experience God," she said.
